Molly grew up traveling with her family, gaining a deep appreciation for other cultures and often experiencing this through food. She began solo travelling in her 20s, visiting a lot of Europe and Southeast Asia. After learning to cook, she embarked on culinary adventures in her own kitchen, constantly experimenting with different recipes. With years of experience in hospitality, she developed an appreciation for service, attention to detail, and love for the industry.
