Raised on South Africa’s eastern coastline by a family integrated in the water-sports community, Michael developed into a confident waterman at a young age. After undertaking studies at the country's top universities in the fields of History and Law, he turned away from a corporate career to pursue a path closer to his passions. Having guided clients in world renowned scuba diving and ‘Big 5’ Safari areas he transitioned to the yachting industry. Having accumulated more than 20000 nautical miles navigating the world’s oceans, including a Pacific crossing and a windward Atlantic crossing Michael is an experienced seafarer. An accomplished PADI Instructor and experienced surfer Michael prides himself in leading guests safely in any environment.

With three years in the charter industry, Tessa specialises in intuitive, personalized service designed to make every guest feel instantly at home. As a qualified dietitian, she brings a unique focus to the galley, creating well-balanced meals that showcase the natural flavors of the finest Mediterranean and local Caribbean ingredients. Beyond the galley, Tessa has a vibrant passion for mixology, loving the creativity of adapting drinks to guest tastes - from a perfectly balanced classic margarita to unique creations. For Tessa, the ultimate goal is a seamless experience where guests feel at home, nourished, and perfectly at ease.
