Josip Kovačev is an accomplished Adriatic skipper with a distinguished career in luxury nautical tourism and private charter operations. With over fifteen years of professional experience on sailing and motor yachts ranging from 19 to 70 feet, he is widely regarded as a calm, reliable, and discreet captain, delivering exceptional service throughout the Adriatic. He has spent seven full seasons as captain of the Bali 5.4 “Namaste of Bali,” ensuring the highest standards of safety, comfort, and guest satisfaction.

He holds B and C boat licenses, Yachtmaster 100 certification, and RYA Offshore Safety training. Known for his excellent communication skills and refined understanding of the Croatian coast, local customs, and cuisine, Josip combines professional seamanship with attentive, guest-focused service. Lucija Grabovac is an experienced Stewardess with multiple full and part charter seasons aboard sailing yachts and catamarans of 50 feet and above. With extensive experience cruising across Croatia, Greece, Montenegro, and Italy, she brings a polished, guest-oriented approach to onboard service, combining warm hospitality with high professional standards. Lucija is highly skilled in meal preparation, interior organization, provisioning, and daily guest communication, ensuring a seamless and comfortable charter experience. Her background in restaurant ownership and hospitality management has shaped her refined sense of service, discretion, and attention to detail. Fluent in Croatian and English, adaptable, and calm under pressure, Lucija consistently delivers attentive, personalized care, making her a valued crew member for luxury charter operations.
