remembers himself through the different occasions in dinghy racing and offshore sailing, commercial or pleasure boats. Throughout his career he has provided a five star yacht program and experience for owners and guests, utilizing his

experience managing crew, safety operations and protocols, compliance, yacht maintenance and program operation.

This background allows him to offer guests a versatile menu featuring Mediterranean and Italian cuisines, comfort food, and expertly prepared sushi, all while maintaining strict cost evaluation and creative food presentation standards.
