Having captained both motor and sailing yachts for charter operations throughout Greece, the Ionian Sea, Montenegro, Mallorca, and the wider Mediterranean, George brings deep local knowledge and confident navigation to every itinerary.

His background spans a wide range of charter yachts, including high-end motor yachts, sailing yachts, and catamarans, where he has built a reputation for professionalism, discretion, and a calm, guest-first command style. Dual-qualified as Captain and Engineer, George ensures not only smooth and safe cruising but also impeccable technical standards behind the scenes. Attentive, organized, fluent in English, and approachable, he is dedicated to creating seamless, memorable charter experiences tailored to each guest aboard DELLAGRAZIA.

Giannis Margaris

Chef Giannis brings over 15 years of high-end culinary experience to DELLAGRAZIA, blending refined Mediterranean flavours with modern technique. Having worked as Executive Chef in luxury hotels, renowned restaurants, and aboard prestigious yachts, he is known for his creativity, attention to detail, and impeccable presentation. Drawing inspiration from fresh, seasonal ingredients, Chef Giannis crafts personalised menus tailored to each guest’s preferences—delivering memorable dining experiences that perfectly complement life at sea.

Vasiliki Metsila

Vasiliki joined M/Y Dellagrazia as a dedicated and detail-oriented stewardess, bringing valuable charter experience from her previous position onboard M/Y Hakuna Matata She delivers high-standard housekeeping, seamless guest turnarounds, elegant table settings, and attentive breakfast and beverage service, always contributing positively within a close-knit crew environment. Fluent in English, and French, Vasiliki communicates effortlessly with guests, ensuring comfort and ease throughout the charter. Her background in administration and customer service has strengthened her organizational abilities, discretion, and time management skills, making her highly efficient under pressure. Known for her warm personality, positive attitude, and strong work ethic, Vasiliki approaches every charter with professionalism, adaptability, and a genuine passion for hospitality, consistently striving to create a welcoming and refined onboard experience.

Richard Lozano

Richard is a dedicated and experienced deckhand with a solid background in yacht operations. Originally from the Philippines, he has been living and working in Greece for the past 17 years and has been a valued member of the M/Y Dellagrazia crew since acquired in 2022. He began his career as a helper electrician, gaining valuable technical knowledge and hands-on experience with marine systems. He later spent four years aboard the private yacht Alpha Sigma, where he further developed his skills in deck maintenance and in supporting owners and guests to the highest standards. Richard holds a speedboat license and a Level 2 scuba diving certification. He plays an active role in guest safety and enjoyment, assisting with water toys and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience at sea. He speaks English, and his warm and hospitable nature makes him a pleasure to have on board, contributing to a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Married and a proud father of one daughter, Richard enjoys maintaining aquariums in his free time, a hobby that reflects his deep appreciation for the sea and marine life.
