The experience aboard is curated by a dedicated crew of two. Captain Stavros Ketsitzis ensures seamless operation and navigation. Cook/Host Vasileios Georgiou crafts bespoke Mediterranean and international menus, delivering refined gastronomy. A curated selection of water toys extends the leisure offering, ensuring diverse recreation without distraction.

Captain Stavros brings a lifelong passion for the sea and extensive maritime experience to Lagoon 51 EFKRATI. Coming from a naval family, his connection with sailing began at the age of seven and has evolved into a dedicated professional career as a skipper since 2018. With experience on both monohulls and catamarans, Captain Stavros has served as a permanent skipper for leading charter fleets in Greece, specializing in multi-day and luxury cruising experiences. His background also includes yacht maintenance and dry dock management, ensuring every vessel he commands is maintained to the highest standards of safety and performance. He combines strong leadership skills with exceptional teamwork, crisis management expertise, and certified offshore sailing credentials. He is also known for his calm demeanor, attention to detail, and guest-focused approach. Professional, safety-oriented, and deeply committed to delivering unforgettable sailing experiences, Captain Stavros ensures that every journey aboard EFKRATI is seamless, secure, and truly memorable.

Vasileios brings refined culinary artistry and warm hospitality to Lagoon 51 EFKRATI, creating an elevated onboard dining experience tailored to each guest. With over a decade of experience in fine dining restaurants, luxury villas, and high-end yachts across Greece, Vasileios specializes in Mediterranean and international cuisine, delivering bespoke menus designed around guests’ tastes and dietary preferences. He combines creativity with precision, offering beautifully presented dishes, thoughtful wine pairings, and a seamless dining atmosphere onboard. Fluent in English and experienced in luxury hospitality environments, Vasileios ensures that every meal aboard EFKRATI becomes a memorable highlight of the journey. Most of our meals are based on traditional family recipes, which we want you to taste, enjoy and feel. The Greek food experience is unique! In addition, international dishes can be cooked by our cook (Asian, Italian, Mexican, Japanese). Vegan, vegetarian, children menu and gluten free options are also available.

She can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests in a configuration of 6 double cabins with Queen size bed and 4 guest bathrooms. Her raised lounge of the salon provides the best 360° panoramic views of the water. She offers a wide variety of water toys for entertainment, while her professional crew of 2 will cater for all your needs.
