Damir Fabris - Captain Damir was born in 1989 and joined luxury yacht FG STAR as a captain in 2024. He brought a wealth of maritime expertise to the team. With a lifelong passion for the yachting industry, he has accumulated extensive experience in various aspects of yachting, including maintenance, technical equipment installation, and charter operations.

His background includes a diverse range of skills, from yacht management to crew coordination, ensuring that every journey is seamless and enjoyable. With a Business College degree and countless nautical miles traveled along the Adriatic and Montenegro coasts on various yachts up to 30m in length, Damir is a highly professional and trained captain, and with his commitment to excellence and service guests will spend an unforgettable time on board FG STAR.

Sara Todarello

Stewardess

Sara Todarello - Stewardess Sara joins FG STAR for the 2026 season as Stewardess while bringing valuable previous experience as Chief Stewardess aboard larger luxury motor yachts ranging from 26 m to 36 m, including prestigious Benetti superyachts and Sunseeker luxury motor yachts.

Born in 1988 in Rijeka on the northern coast of Croatia, Sara brings more than 10 years of hospitality experience and a strong background in guest service and interior operations. She is accustomed to delivering exceptional standards in demanding environments while maintaining a calm, professional, and approachable attitude. Her previous yachting experience has prepared her for dynamic charter operations, long working hours, and high guest expectations.

Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented, she has a natural ability to anticipate guest needs and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere on board. Her positive mindset, strong work ethic, and team-oriented approach allow her to work seamlessly both independently and as part of a crew.

Outside of yachting, Sara enjoys managing her own beauty salon and is currently completing the examinations required to become a licensed tourist guide, allowing her to further enrich the guest experience by sharing insights into Croatia’s history, culture, and destinations.

Sara is a native Croatian speaker, fluent in Italian, and has a good command of English.
