He is a passionate chef with a unique blend of culinary expertise and a love for the sea. Two years ago, he made the life-changing decision to pursue his dream by combining his two passions: cooking and yachting. After completing formal training, he dedicated himself to creating exceptional dining experiences on board, using fresh, local ingredients.

Nationality: South African Languages: Afrikaans, English Josh is South African and embarked on his career in the yachting industry after developing a sailing background from a very young age. He is the perfect fit to support every aspect of life on deck. Friendly, bubbly, and active, Josh loves getting guests involved in water sports. He will help you learn how to e-foil with ease and is always on hand to set you up with snorkel gear, Seabobs, and paddle boards.

Kasia Lewinska

Nationality: Polish Languages: Polish, English Kasia started her journey in the charter industry four years ago, sailing in the Caribbean, the Mediterranean, and across the Atlantic Ocean. She is also a dedicated doctorate student with a deep passion for psychology, bringing a unique blend of knowledge and care to her role aboard Halcyon. Her mindful approach ensures that each guest’s needs are met with attention and empathy, fostering an atmosphere of calm and well-being. Whether through thoughtful conversations or by creating a serene onboard environment, Kasia is committed to enhancing the experience for every guest. Born and raised in Poland, hospitality is in her blood.
