His extensive maritime background includes sailing charters, fishing excursions, sailing instruction, and vessel maintenance. Born and raised in the Caribbean, Vicente developed a deep love for the ocean and its rhythms. He began sailing at a young age and quickly honed his skills, becoming a respected captain and sailing instructor.

Crewing: Jan - Feb 2026/May - June 2026 Carolina is a vibrant Cuban chef whose cooking isn't just a profession - it's her heritage, her creative outlet, and her way of sharing love and warmth with others. Growing up in Cuba, Carolina was surrounded by the rich aromas and flavors of traditional Caribbean cuisine. She spent countless hours cooking alongside her family, learning the secrets of timeless dishes and developing a deep appreciation for the simple, yet profound joy of sharing meals. In her kitchen, Carolina combines this heritage with her love for sailing and fishing. Every dish tells a story of the sea, from the freshest catches to the subtlest coastal flavors.
