For more than a decade, Captain Kemba has guided vessels and their guests safely across over 34,000 nautical miles through the Caribbean, Mediterranean, Atlantic, and Indian Ocean. An RYA Yachtmaster Offshore and PADI Divemaster, he brings the steady hand and deep seamanship that allow guests to relax fully, knowing they are in safe and capable hands.

As a certified coach and trainer, he opens the door for guests to welcome the day with sunrise breathwork, mindful movement, or quiet meditation on deck—simple practices that can reset body and mind. Emily brings a rare blend of science and artistry in the galley of La Sirena with her Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science and years of experience as a baker, retreat chef, nutrition coach, and quality assurance manager for one of the America’s largest and most innovative craft breweries.
Her health-forward cuisine is fresh, flavorful, and mindfully crafted to nourish guests while catering to individual preferences. For Emily, food is an opportunity for connection. She believes every meal should engage the senses, fortify the body, and bring people together. The elements of her dishes are carefully designed to balance flavor, texture, color, and nutrition.
