Originally from the Philippines, she specialises in French, Italian, and Asian fusion cuisine while continuously expanding her culinary repertoire to include Middle Eastern and Latin flavours. Originally bringing his yachting experience from the Isle of Wight to the Mediterranean, he is passionate about water sports and guest entertainment. Jake is dedicated to ensuring guests enjoy an unforgettable charter experience through the wide variety of water toys and activities available onboard. Before entering the yachting industry, he was a semi-professional footballer, bringing strong discipline, teamwork, and energy into his role onboard.
