SEAS THE DAY, a new Lagoon 55, defines modern charter design. Her architecture integrates futuristic elegance with functional space. The design prioritizes direct connection to the sea, establishing expansive panoramic views and open decks. The result is a fluid transition between interior comfort and the marine environment. Equipped for complete autonomy, the vessel features advanced systems including a watermaker, generator, and comprehensive climate control. Four sophisticated double cabins ensure private comfort. Onboard functionality is prioritized, reflecting refined craftsmanship in every detail. This is a platform for navigating Croatia’s Adriatic coast, supported by a crew focused on quiet efficiency, ensuring an effortless experience.

Emil grew up in Zagreb, Croatia, and has always had a love for sailing. He earned his Yachtmaster certification at 30 and has been working on yachts ever since, accumulating over 8 years of experience. Emil is known for his calm demeanor, exceptional navigational skills, and attention to detail….

Zvonimir was born and raised in Croatia, a country known for its beautiful coastline and strong connection to hospitality and food. Growing up near the sea inspired his love for both cooking and meeting people from different backgrounds. For the past 15 years, he has worked as a chef, building his skills and passion for creating enjoyable dining experiences.

His career has given him the opportunity to travel and work in different places around the world. One of the most memorable experiences was working on a cruise ship, where he was able to combine his love for the sea with his profession. Traveling while working allowed him to discover new cultures, cuisines, and perspectives.

He is a positive and friendly person who enjoys working with people and making guests feel welcome. Good communication and social skills have always been important in his work, helping him create a warm atmosphere wherever he goes. He truly enjoys sharing good food, positive energy, and memorable experiences with others.

He enjoys starting the day with beautifully presented breakfasts, from fresh fruits and smoothies to hearty cooked options tailored to each guest’s preferences. For lunch, he focuses on light, colorful Mediterranean-style dishes, BBQs, and family-friendly meals suitable for both adults and children. Creating food that feels fresh, generous, and made with care is something he truly enjoys. He excels in preparing tropical cocktails and mocktails, as well as in celebration planning. He takes pride in keeping the interior spotless and welcoming, ensuring everything runs smoothly so guests can fully relax.

Languages: Croatian, English, Dutch, German. Personal Interests: He is passionate about the sea and enjoys spending time in the water snorkeling, paddleboarding, or exploring hidden beaches and remote islands. He likes staying active through fitness training and brings positive energy to everything he does.

Travel, music, and experimenting in the kitchen are some of his favorite interests. He enjoys trying new recipes and flavors, often inspired by the places he visits. Most of all, he values connecting with people and creating an atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable and included.

Why He Loves This Job: For him, being part of moments that guests will remember for a lifetime is incredibly rewarding. Seeing guests relax, laugh, and enjoy meals together in the open air brings him great satisfaction. Every charter is different, and he enjoys creating a fun and welcoming environment where both adults and children feel at home. Life at sea has a special way of bringing people closer together, and he is grateful to help create those unforgettable experiences every day.

2. Chicken Mediterranean skillet Chicken breast cooked with cherry tomatoes, garlic, olives, capers, and white wine. Served with rice or couscous.

3. Shrimp buzara Shrimp cooked in olive oil, garlic, white wine, parsley, and breadcrumbs. Served with toasted bread.

4. Tuna steak with grilled vegetables Grilled tuna steak with olive oil, lemon, and herbs. Served with grilled vegetables and side salad.

5. Pasta with shrimp and ruccola Light pasta with shrimp, ruccola, garlic, olive oil, lemon zest, and parsley.

6. Grilled calamari with grean leaf salad Simple grilled calamari with olive oil, lemon, and garlic. Served with arugula and cherry tomatoes.

7. Mediterranean chicken salad Grilled chicken with mixed greens, cucumber, tomatoes, olives, feta cheese, olive oil, and lemon dressing.

8. Stuffed bell peppers (light version) Peppers filled with rice, minced meat, herbs, and tomato sauce. Not too heavy.

9. Octopus salad Boiled octopus with potatoes, onion, parsley, lemon, and olive oil.

10. Chicken and vegetable couscous Couscous with grilled chicken, zucchini, peppers, chickpeas, olive oil, and herbs.

11. Caprese with prosciutto and bread Tomato, mozzarella, basil, olive oil, with prosciutto and fresh bread.

12. Seafood risotto Light risotto with mussels, shrimp, garlic, white wine, parsley, and olive oil.
