His background includes experience in boutique hotels and fine-dining restaurants in Santorini, as well as work in renowned wineries across France and Switzerland, shaping his attention to detail, service standards, and ability to anticipate guests’ needs. From elegant table settings and well-crafted cocktails to attentive daily service, Alkis delivers with professionalism and ease.

Complementing his hospitality skills, Alkis also has a solid technical background from his work as an IT technician for a global firm. This makes him adaptable, resourceful, and dependable in dynamic onboard environments, always ready to assist wherever needed.

An enthusiastic water sports supporter, Alkis enjoys SUP boarding, swimming, and assisting guests with water activities while ensuring safety and comfort at all times. Manos takes pride in maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness and vessel care, while also delivering a warm and professional experience for guests on board. Adaptable and team-oriented, he thrives in collaborative environments and values the opportunity to learn from experienced crew members. Fluent in Greek and English, he communicates easily with both crew and guests in an international environment.
