JESSE PADILLA - CAPTAIN, American Captain Jesse Padilla is a highly experienced yacht captain with over two decades of maritime leadership experience. Holding a USCG Master 200 Ton Near Coastal License, he has commanded a wide range of private and charter vessels and supported operations aboard large mega yachts. He is known for being a strong, dependable leader who genuinely cares for the safety, well-being, and professional development of his crew. Captain Jesse fosters a respectful and supportive onboard environment, ensuring his team operates with confidence, professionalism, and efficiency. His calm, focused leadership and attention to detail allow him to deliver safe, smooth, and

She is known for maintaining excellent interior standards, professional hospitality, and a proactive approach to guest care. Her strengths include full interior management, provisioning, inventory systems, table décor and service, and creating a seamless onboard experience. Her private estate experience further strengthened her ability to train interior crew and maintain yacht-level standards outside the vessel environment. Organized, discreet, and dependable, Estephany consistently contributes to a polished and professional onboard atmosphere aligned with The Brass Ring’s standards.

EDUARDO ECHEVERRIA - HEAD CHEF, Venezuelan/American Chef Eduardo Echeverria is a Venezuelan chef with over 12 years of experience in the luxury yacht industry. He began his professional culinary career with the Sheraton Hotel chain in South America and later transitioned into the superyacht sector in Miami.
He specializes in fusion cuisine, blending Spanish flavors with French and Mediterranean techniques. Chef Eduardo has cooked for private owners and exclusive events across the United States, St. Barths, Mexico, the Bahamas, and the Exumas. Known for refined presentation and vibrant flavors, he brings top-tier culinary experiences to every charter.
